All Around Champ!

He may be short, and he maybe one of the smallest but watch out this kid can play football, winner of all categories: Pass, Punt & Kick, I present to you the one the only Mik West!!!( Although technically they can only win one trophy so he did only get one but we know who should have taken home all 3! Can't be hurting any ones feel bad's!)
OK so I know blogs are for bragging but he seriously he is so good I didn't know it until I was watching the competition my self and he threw the football about 4-5 feet further then anyone else I think all the high school boys were blown away to in shock that it went over their heads, and I was the crazy mom on the side line screaming out Miks name. This kid can pick up any ball and blow me away he is so talented with any sport, and lets not forget competitive whew he must get that from my mom! ( Sorry mom you do get a little crazy during those Jazz games!)But we love it we love to watch his talents shine. I hope he stays so active forever, he makes it a lot of fun!

I have more to post but I have to get back to my busy life!

Later!

One last day of summer

We got lucky this year and we got a little taste of Strawberry Day's in September. My mom's ward put on a whole rodeo it was awesome almost like the real thing they even had the national anthem and a girl on a horse. Anyways the girls actually got on a sheep and did the mutton bustin is was so funny. Halli fell off before the sheep got out of the gate Kinzie held on for a minute and fell flat on her butt I am just surprised they even got on.

Mik did the Chicken run and caught one. It was funny to see all the kids chase after the chickens going in all directions.Of coarse the rodeo grounds were full of all kinds of goodies cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones , and did I say Cotton candy? The Girls had a few of those and had there sugar intake for the month! Mik of course could care less about sugar and treats he is not a candy guy or snack guy, he is more into games and real prizes!

In all it was a great day I hope they do it every year, the girls are all ready asking when they can go ride a sheep again, so watch out sheep farmers if we find you 2 girls might be be doing a little mutton bustin. And I must be dumb who would have thought you can still get a sunburn in September. We certainly all got a little pink in the face.

On They Go

The Girls had their First day of preschool this week. We are so happy they got into Mrs. GeAnna's Preschool this year, last year they didn't get to go. Mik went there to and we just love Mrs.GeAnna & her assistant Mrs. Carrie. The Girls were so excited to go, they had a hard time sleeping the night before, and it just didn't come fast enough. I can't believe this is their last year of Preschool and next year they will be in Kindergarten, life sure has gone fast ( I know I say that a lot!)
When I picked them up from school they were so excited I asked them how it was and Halli said," It was so cool", And Kinzie followed with and awesome" I had to laugh they sound just like their big brother. Too big for their own shoes. They wouldn't let me take a picture really, they said they aren't babies anymore I guess only babies get there pictures taken on their first day of school. Mom, Dad must have been right, since you took Brads picture on the first day of the 11th grade he must still be a Baby!
Well not to exciting but life is so busy right now I thought I would just throw in a Post while I wasn't to busy.
Also now that I am taking classes on campus it really feels like I am back in High school, just a 26 year old High school student! I will have to post some of my progress next time hopefully you will all be amazed!
